Hi, I’m Rachael!
I’m a master career coach. I believe your career shouldn’t be stuck in the “fixer-upper” stage. I’ve personally worked with so many clients who have taken control and ownership of their careers with my help.
The one thing you should know about me is that pivoting comes second nature to me.
My career took root at various accounting, law, and consulting firms in addition to tech companies and libraries. Honestly, you could say that market research and business development is literally my business. Life after earning TWO Master’s degrees certainly took an unexpected (but predictable and common) turn.
I’ve had so many ups and downs across multiple industries working on different teams and environments. What toppled my world over was getting laid off in 2020. I’d been stuck in a cushy yet unfulfilling career path. Only now I was on my own!
